Tussen mannen en vrouwen is er zoveel te helen, te delen, omhelzen, verenigen.. Je tantrische tegenpool werkt als ’n magneet op je systeem. Letterlijk. Omdat de Chakra’s bij mannen de andere kant opdraaien dan bij vrouwen.
Aantrekkingskracht, kwetsbaarheid, patronen, verlangens.. Van alles kom je daarin tegen.
Ik verheug me op onze gezamelijke duik in ’t nieuwe. Wat wil jij loslaten? Wat wil jij omhelzen..?
Duik de diepte in met:
- Lichaams- en ademwerk: oa Shiva-Shakti verbonden adem sessies

We drinken een Bio-vegan cacao shake, mediteren, zetten onze intentie of Sankalpha en roepen haar hulp aan. Dit is ’n krachtig ritueel. Cacao opent je hart en grondt je systeem. Brengt je uit je hoofd in je lijf. Vandaaruit gaan we in ’n flow van ontspannen stretchen, ademen en bewegen om meer in je lijf te komen.
Leer hoe je vitale, Kundalini of seksuele energie kunt laten stromen. Hierdoor herstelt de verbinding tussen je hoofd, hart en bekken en overschrijf je oude patronen.

We drink a Bio-vegan cocoa shake, meditate, set our intention or Sankalpha and call on her help. This is a powerful ritual. Cocoa opens your heart and grounds your system. Gets you out of your head into your body. From there we flow to relaxed stretching, breathing and moving to embody.
Learn how to let vital, Kundalini or sexual energy flow. This restores the connection between your head, heart and pelvis and you overwrite old patterns.

Shiva staat voor universeel mannelijke energie en Shakti voor ’t vrouwelijke. Maar je vindt beide energieën ook in jezelf. Verwonding die ontstaan is in contact kan alleen in contact geheeld worden. Daarom doen we deze dag veel oefeningen in paren (man-vrouw).
Deze Tempel nodigt je uit om beide aspecten in jezelf te verkennen, te omarmen en te helen. Om je levenskracht, je licht en liefde vrij tot uitdrukking te brengen.
Laat je meevoeren op een helende reis in een veilige en liefdevolle bedding waarin jij helemaal jezelf kunt zijn met alles wat je bij je draagt.
Ondanks dat we werken met orgastische- of levens energie, vinden er geen sexuele handelingen plaats en blijft de kleding aan
Shiva symbolises universal Masculine energy and Shakti the Feminine. But both energies also recide within yourself.
Injury caused in contact with others can only be healed in contact. That’s why we do a lot of exercises in pairs (male-female).

TANTRA.. What is it?
Tantra, ook wel “The Art of Connection” genoemd Is net als Yoga een pad naar unity. Tantra betekent in het Sanskriet (oud Indiaas) Weefgetouw.
“Weefgetouw” staat voor het grote geheel waarin t leven plaats vind. Zowel macro- als micro cosmisch. Oftewel alle aspecten van jou. Ook die delen die je weggedrukt hebt omdat ze niet welkom waren ooit. Bijv. schuld, schaamte, je harts verlangens… Omarming en t opnieuw toeëigenen laat je kracht, je vitale levensenergie weer stromen. Zo diep helend!
Het weefgetouw weeft alles tot één geheel, één creatie zoals door het weven van de draden een stuk stof ontstaat. En zo voel jij je levendiger, ervaar je meer ruimte en verbinding in jezelf. Je opent je voor de liefde die je bent (Bliss body)

Tantra, also called “The Art of Connection,” like Yoga, Is a path to unity. Tantra means Loom in Sanskrit (ancient Indian).
“Loom” represents the big picture in which life takes place. Both macro and micro cosmic. In other words, all aspects of yourself. Also those parts you pushed away because they weren’t welcome once. E.g. guilt, shame, your heart’s desires… Embracing and re-appropriating it allows your vital life energy to flow again. So amazingly healing!
The loom weaves everything together, one creation. Just as a piece of cloth is created by weaving the threads. You’ll feel more alive and spacious. More in contact whith what and who you are.

Practical:
- Draag lichtgekleurde katoenen, linnen of wollen gemakelijk zittende kleding ivm de geleiding van de energie. Laagjes is makkelijk.
- Neem iets mee voor een gezamelijke vegan potluck
- Neem een grote handdoek en massage olie mee.
- Evt sloffen of sokken, dekentje, kussentje en flesje water voor je eigen comfort
- De deur gaat dicht om 13.15 dus wees ajb op tijd.
- Wear light-colored cotton, linen or woolen comfortable clothing because of the conduction of the energy. Layering is easy.
- Bring some food for a shared vegan potluck
- Bring a large towel and massage oil
- Slippers or socks, blanket, pillow and bottle of water for your own comfort
- The door closes at 13.15 so please be on time
